Gazi specializes in company law, labour law, banking law, IT & telecommunications law and intellectual property law. In order to increase his knowledge in his preferred fields, Gazi has attended various seminars on IP law and the telecoms industries convened and instructed by renowned lawyers in the UK/IDLO and participated in various projects with British Telecom and Vodafone.
Since returning to Bangladesh, Gazi has been involved in company and intellectual property law matters and has advised on mergers & acquisitions, E-Commerce, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, trademark and DRM, and copyright issues and also worked with banks and mobile network companies to prepare the mobile money/digital money policy and drafting of various agreements between government bodies and private institutions.
