Taahsina is a senior associate of the Firm and has been with the Firm since 2011. She obtained her LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of London in 2010 and LL.M degree from Eastern University, Bangladesh in 2014. Upon completion of the LL.B (Hons) degree Taahsina joined The Legal Circle (TLC).

At TLC, Taahsina has vast legal experience in reviewing various land documents, providing legal opinions, drafting and vetting land purchase documents and transfer agreements, trust deeds and formation of trust, NGO registration, labour or employment law and intellectual property rights issues. Ms. Taahsina has attained knowledge and experience regarding application filing at government offices and understanding procedures about various property, regulatory and employment laws. At TLC she attained invaluable experience in drafting supply and delivery contracts, lease deed, sale deed, heba deed, partition deed etc., prepare application for NGO registration, prepare copyright and trademark application for registration and review land documents. At the Firm she conducted legal research on various legal issues including land matter, inheritance, labour, telecommunication, non-profit and intellectual property law issues.
Prior to the TLC, she gained significant legal experience having served at the Renata Ltd., a pharmaceutical company as a Senior Legal Officer. Her meaningful contributions in existing projects and ability to come up with alternative solutions have made her pivotal member of The Legal Circle.
