Umer Aiman Khan obtaining his L.L.B (Hons) from the University of London International Programmes joined the Legal Circle as an intern, after which he was subsequently elevated to the position of an Associate.
While working at the Legal Circle Mr. Khan has advised reputed tech firms and Multinational companies about their operations in Bangladesh in various areas of law including Finance, Transport, Aviation, Company, Corporate, Tax and Property laws. He routinely assists the seniors at the firm with legal research and other various activities of the firm. He also holds significant experience in laws governing the formation and operations of non-profit organizations in Bangladesh.
Mr Khan works a sub-editor for Think Legal Bangladesh which is the countries only open source legal resource platform where he is responsible for the development and maintenance of the platform’s promotion and data base. He also works for Legal Circle Law review which is a Law report published quarterly in Bangladesh.
